Location. Just a short walk to the town centre, including the Plaza de Cervantes. Great atmosphere in the town during the weekend. Bathroom looked to be newly refurbished. Compact, but nice. Friendly staff. The bedroom was a small single, not luxury, but very good value. My second time at this hotel. Booked again for July. Aircon worked very well.

The people at the hotel are lovely. They helped me and my sister with almost everything. They took care of our needs and told us so many things that we could do in Alcalá. Worth the money. Would definitely recommend it.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, since its very near to the city center and also near a big supermarket. The size of the room was okay and the beds were very comfortable. It also has 24hour reception service and elevator. There was ac as well, which we didn't use.

Staff was great. Really appreciate all the extra help and ability to be flexible, it makes all the difference in a trip. Location is unbeatable for Alcalá

Very convenient location - 10 minute walk to the train station, 5 minute walk to Calle Mayor shopping and food. Very friendly and helpful staff. In general very comfortable. Friendly staff at the restaurant down the street where breakfast is served.
